The Passion of George the Third: Part 1

The Eleusinian Mysteries are an essential part of the Demeter Cult. The cult existed for centuries in ancient Greece and Rome (from around 1600 BC to 396 AD). Back then everyone who was anyone got initiated into the cult; it was the premier resurrection cult of its day. Its basis was the rejuvenating power of nature represented by the earth goddess Demeter. The cult disappeared around the time Christianity began to flourish in the Roman Empire. Please read the description of the Eleusinian Mysteries @ http://www.pantheon.org/articles/e/eleusinian_mysteries.html before proceeding with the rest of this post.

What does this have to do with 9 11? In our calendar the dates over which the Eleusinian Mysteries would be celebrated are September 14 to September 23. If those dates seem familiar, they should be: they represent the period of national mourning established by President George W. Bush following the attacks of September 11, 2001. In Part 2 of this series, we will explore the similarity between how the Eleusinian Mysteries were celebrated 2,000 years ago and what America did during September 14-23, 2001. This similarity leads me to the following conclusion: George the Third knowingly or unknowingly initiated us into the mysteries! And consciously or unconsciously, we did it willingly and enthusiastically.

Why do I call Dubya “George the Third”? Please recall from my October 10 post that he was the third American President named George. As our third Presidential “farmer”, a man who plants human corpses into the ground in an effort to grow poppies, it was his job to plow the field a third time to prepare it for the mating ritual of Iasion and Demeter. This he did by invading Iraq (a war which from any other point of view was totally unnecessary), and then he for all intents and purposes vanished from view. Was that just strange behavior on his part, or did he vanish because he had accomplished his one essential task and was no longer needed by the powers who actually rule America?

And like me do you recall that Dubya’s father (George Herbert Walker Bush) was nicknamed “Poppy”? I wonder if there’s a connection …
