Is nuclear war "unavoidable"?

North Korea says that nuclear war is "unavoidable":

No war is inevitable until it breaks out.
-A. J. P. Taylor

I'll say it again:

Dear President Obama ad-Dajjal, Nobel Laureate in Peace, if you want PEACE there must first be justice. For there to be justice, there must be forgiveness. And in this instance it is the United States who must ask for forgiveness from the North Koreans, not the other way around.

Tell the truth, and stop this war before it happens.

You can start by telling the truth about our use of BW during the Korean War and apologizing for what we did:

Diplomacy starts with telling the truth. Wars start with telling lies. WikiLeaks has revealed that much if not all of America's "diplomacy" is based on lies and plots to overthrow governments. It's past time for a change.
