G-d is in the forests and fields. Satan is in the cities and the video game consoles.
By the way, did you notice that the the article mentioned that Lyme Disease is in Germany? If deer, mice, and ticks are the only carriers, how did the disease spread around the world? Is this another benefit of global trade?
