There is no social contract

There is no longer a social contract in the USA. There are many indications of this fact:

  • Congress has cut food stamps;
  • Congress is cutting unemployment benefits;
  • Congress is cutting military pensions, including for the wounded and disabled;
  • Congress has destroyed our medical care system with the ObamaDon'tCare Program;
  • Congress will soon attack Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid;
  • Congress is taking the side of illegal immigrants, to give them benefits with the monies withheld from lawful citizens;
  • The Federal Reserve Bank (sic) has given trillions of dollars to banks which will not give loans to US citizens, including banks in Europe;
  • And, as I have mentioned before, public employees in Detroit are about to lose their pensions, even though the Michigan constitution prohibits it. Other states are clamoring to do the same thing.

This is merely the beginning of the process of converting the USA into a "market state". When the process is complete, there will be NO social safety net and NO social contracts of any kind. You and I will be reduced to the status of commodities, and frankly the futures market for the commodity the market calls "useless eater" is pretty bleak. We are worth less than pork bellies.
