The Robots in Your Future

Please read this essay containing predictions and warnings from Bill Gates and Alan Greenspan, two of the architects of the world of tomorrow:

"These things are coming fast," said Gates, in an interview with the American Enterprise Institute. "Twenty years from now labor demand for a lots of skill sets will be substantially lower, and I don't think people have that in their mental model."

Gates said the U.S. secondary education system has to improve to keep pace with the changes.

In Greenspan's view, secondary education is deteriorating. If the education system isn't fixed, the U.S. will need an open H-1B policy, he argued.

In other words, computers and robots will be taking away even more of our jobs. And the remaining jobs requiring humans (which will be mainly jobs maintaining the robotic system) will be filled by foreigners.

US kids like to play video games; yap, text, and sext; and take legal and illegal drugs. They do not like to think or to work hard. As a result, our future (for humans, and for US residents in particular) is very bleak.

Why do we idolize the people who are destroying our world and turning us into useless eaters?
