Attacking The Homeless

According to this report, attacks on homeless people should be considered a "hate crime":

Allow me to point out that in most major American cities, it is a crime to help the homeless.


Also allow me to point out that in most American cities, police have beaten, tased, or killed the homeless while in the process of arresting them for minor infractions. Here is one of the latest examples:

Maybe those private citizens who are attacking the homeless are just following the example of their city councils and police departments.


By the way, in Turkey they have machines which provide dog food in return for recycling bottles:




Q: Why can't such a thing be used to help feed homeless humans in the United States?


A: Because most Americans don't want to feed them.
