Here is a good analysis which shows how under U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 101, Section 2071 Hillary (Tricky Dick) Rodham (a.k.a. Clinton to some of you) is now disqualified from holding office:

Update: I would argue that the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution also may disqualify her from holding any public office:
3: No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. [emphasis added]
If any of her actions or inactions while SOS (such as what she did or did not do regarding Benghazi) gave "aid or comfort to the enemies" of the United States, then this clause applies to her. Is this why she destroyed her emails, because they may have contained evidence of such aid or comfort?
Our Constitution does give us the tools to stop tyranny. Their use, however, requires the kind of courage which is sadly lacking in our Representatives and Senators ... and even in ourselves.
