As you may have heard, Mr. Martin Shkreli recently jacked up the price on Daraprim, causing a general uproar:

Shortly thereafter, Ms. Hillary Rodham (a.k.a. Clinton to some of you) tweeted what appeared to be a sell signal for biotech stocks:

Anyone who had foreknowledge of Shkreli's or Rodham's acts and statements could have shorted the biotech or pharma sectors and made some money.
Is the SEC investigating whether such a thing happened? Do they keep watch for that sort of manipulation by politicians and their friends or relatives?
