Here are two prime examples of US companies whose executives appear to tell a completely different story than do their employees:

I am not going to summarize what is said on either of these two web pages. I suggest you read them and form your own conclusions.
I am, however, going to point out that both companies are run by 32 year old multi-billionaires. Perhaps having such great wealth at a relatively young age has something to do with whatever is going on here.
