Disagreeing With Bill Gates

Bill Gates thinks you should read this book about leadership:

The author, Oxford University professor Archie Brown, Gates wrote, "shows that the leaders who make the biggest contributions to history and humanity generally are not the ones we perceive to be 'strong leaders.' Instead, they tend to be the ones who collaborate, delegate, and negotiate - and recognize that no one person can or should have all the answers."

Really? How about these folks who made some of the biggest contributions to history?

  • Julius Caesar
  • Napoleon Bonaparte
  • Queen Victoria
  • Adolf Hitler
  • Joseph Stalin
  • Mao Zedong
  • Vladimir Putin

And last, but not least, Steve Jobs.

Sorry, Dr. Brown, this really sounds like BS to me.
