The New York Times has published a graphic report showing 30 years of change in bodies of water around the globe. You can find it here:

It's fair to say that the mass of water on our planet has not changed much during that period. If it's not on or under the land, then it must be in the oceans.
Unless UFO aliens have been stealing it.
