We have to choose between billions for insurers, or Medicare for all. Here is a discussion:

I vote for Medicare for all, but Congress (which has not been "our" Congress for quite some time) doesn't seem to care what We The People want.
What was it that Jefferson wrote?

Hmmm ... maybe it is time for "new government". How else can we get what we need?
