According to this report, some State Department employees are offended that SoS Tillerson has broken some law(s):

During her tenure as SoS, Hillary Clinton appears to have violated multiple US and international laws and pushed through actions which got thousands killed and millions displaced, but none of these clowns said or did a damn thing.
As far as I am concerned, they all can go to hell.
