BS !!! This is not a violation of posse comitatus - it's the repelling of an invasion, which is about the ONLY valid reason for having an army in the first place.
Wake up, people. Crossing borders is NOT a basic human right. If you think it is, then you should demand that Israel tear down its border walls and let the Palestinians back into their homeland.
